At the far edge of Sherkin Island, where the Atlantic meets rock and sky, there is a threshold of salt and stone, a place that invites us to slow down, arrive, and be met. We return to an ancient rhythm, where wind, tide, and breath find their own time.
Through gentle movement, bare feet on sand and stone, Atlantic swims, dream tending, and conversation with the island, we slip into the deeper currents, the underwaters of soul, imagination, and memory. The body begins to respond to what stirs beneath the surface. And what has long rested in the depths begins to be revealed, and to come alive in us once more.
