Biographical Info
Peter's first wilderness trail experience, as a participant in 2005, has led to him becoming a facilitator of wilderness trails ever since. Peter has conducted outdoor development programs on all continents, first at Aberkyn, now at TrailHaven, taking global leaders out into the wilderness to reconnect with self, each other and nature. Today, Peter and his TrailHaven colleagues design and conduct experiential learning programs in nature; these include 'solo time' – time alone, a profound experience for most (very busy) participants. In Sep 2024, Peter participated in the SoLB Vision Fast training in Big Pine (CA), with the intent to deepen TrailHaven's solo time offering. Peter’s love for learning has led to an unmanageable array of free time hobbies. He lives in NL, with his wife Viviane; their 3 boys have almost left the elderly home – 2 dogs keep the parents busy in their absence:-)
