DESCRIPTION:The Vision Quest is an ancient ceremony to mark and move on from one life transition to another. This Vision Quest will take place in the mountains of Snowdonia\, in North Wales\, UK.\nThe Venue\nOur base is a lovingly restored Barn using natural materials and although ancient\, the barn has a modern feel of space and beauty. It nestles in the Nanmor valley\, surrounded by ancient woodland\, with views of Moel Ddu. It’s a safe and restful retreat base to be immersed in nature while preparing for your Vision Quest\nIncluded – is a well-equipped kitchen/dinning and a camp kitchen\nSeveral bedrooms to share\, Plus land for camping.\nWe move out to a base camp in the mountains for your solo time on the forth day\, then return to this lovely place for the final two days.\nThe group will live as a small community\, therefore you are asked to be responsible for yourselves. You provide your own food and cook for yourselves. (Closer to the start date we send the address list for you to plan meals together\, or alone.)\nThere are a of local shop in the village of Llanfrothen about five miles away.\nPorthmadog is the closest small town with a wider range of shops include a good health food store\, camping shops and a large supermarket with some organic food.\nCost – Sliding scale between £1\,150 to £895 (non refundable & non-transferrable deposit of £250\, unless the vision quest is cancelled) This includes all accommodation and camping (in your own tent) and the welcome meal.

DESCRIPTION:Council practice in depth\nThis retreat will give you the chance to explore the grace and treasures found in the gift of speaking and listening from the heart in our own relationships. The path to healing and wholeness becomes real with self acceptance and a willingness to embrace what feels unacceptable; to name and be present with whatever is repressed and or rejected. We can then move forward and have the potential to heal old wounds\, deepen our love and understanding by facing the shadow. This week we are going to do just that with nature and the nature of each other as our teacher\, guide and mirror. \nWild Nature and our Nature in Council\nWe will work with the powers of the Four Directions showing us a map and guide to the seasons and patterns of our lives.\nWe will learn how to listen like a mirror; listening to the whole person mind/body/soul/spirit and our emerging story.
