Sarah Scott

wild hearted
My name is Sarah and I am a woman who is passionate about helping others connect to spirit and soul through intentional time spent in nature. I believe that nature is the mirror in which we see our most whole selves reflected back to us. Nature is a holding place - a place where all of us is accepted and loved and there is space to breathe into the possibility of our lives. Nature is strong enough to hold all of us - our grief, our joy, our darkness and our light. Using nature as a guide in the healing process, I support you in exploring the wilderness within. Working holistically, I draw upon my background in somatic ecotherapy, wilderness quest guiding, and depth psychology to support you in noticing the themes, stories, and images that no longer serve you, and working toward developing and embodying a new vision for your life.
I became certified in wilderness quest guiding through Wilderness Reflections in 2015, and since then have co-guided numerous dayquests, three day quests, and full ten day quests. I have a particular passion for working with women outdoors, and am currently attending Pacifica Graduate Institute to study the connection between body, soul, and the earth in the PhD Depth Psychology & Somatic Studies program.
I am available for sessions in the Ventura and Santa Barbara county areas and would love to work together!
