Registration for the 2010 Wilderness Guides Gathering

Please Register by February 12, 2010.

Membership dues are paid separately on the Membership page. To get member rates for the Gathering, please join or renew your membership before registering for the Gathering.

We'd rather you paid by check. If you wish to pay by check, download the Gathering registration form and send it to the Netkeeper by regular mail. See the form for contact information.

About paying by Paypal: The price you pay is $5 higher per item than the price you pay by check. This is to cover the transaction fees that PayPal charges us. We cannot accept credit card charges by mail or phone. PayPal offers this service for most, but not all, countries.

Registration via PayPal is primarily to allow you to pay by credit card. If you are new, or if you have new contact information, please also fill out and mail in the registration form. Just mark on it that you paid online. The shipping address that you enter confirms your current address. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Instructions

Gathering Fee: Locate the fees that are appropriate for you. Enter name(s). Choose a quantity in the cart window that opens. The amount will be calculated for you.

Children 14 and under are free. Contact the Netkeeper for family and teenage child rates.

To return to the Registration page and add meals or other options, click on the "Continue Shopping" button. Add other options one at a time, returning here each time until you have completed your registration. Once complete, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the Paypal cart.

Meals: If you want to purchase meals at the Many Horses Café (from dinner Thursday to lunch Sunday), then simply enter the number of people as the quantity in the cart and the amount will be calculated for you. Thursday dinner and the banquet on Saturday evening are provided. Purchasing meals is optional.  Be sure to pay by 2/12/2010 if you want café meals.   We will add up the number of meals purchased by then and shop accordingly so that we can avoid food waste.
